  • to file complaints with the supervisory authority if they believe that data concerning them is being processed by the controller in breach of data protection provisions (see also Art. 77 GDPR).

  • to revoke a consent to the processing of personal data at any time (see also Art. 7 GDPR).

  • to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has a legal effect on it or similarly affects it significantly (see also Art. 22 GDPR).

The person responsible also uses contract processors and other contractors (for example from the design and marketing sectors) located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) as part of this business relationship. The transmission of your data takes place in compliance with the special requirements of Art. 44 - 49 GDPR, whereby the adequate level of protection either by an adequacy decision of the European Commission according to Art. 45 GDPR or concluded EU standard contractual clauses according to Art. 46 par. 2 lit. c and d DSGVO. The EU standard contractual clauses can be downloaded and viewed on the European Commission's website or obtained directly from the person in charge and copied.

In addition, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom it discloses data of any such corrections, deletions, or restrictions placed on processing the same per Art. 16, 17 Para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, users have a right to information about these recipients.

Likewise, under Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the controller's future processing of their data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.

III. Information about the data processing

Your data processed on the use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage is omitted, the deletion of the data does not conflict with statutory storage requirements and subsequently no other information is provided on individual processing methods. These data collected by the user when the page was accessed by an affected person or an automated system is stored in the log files of the server. The following types of data are processed.

  •  inventory data (e.g., person master data, name or address).

  • contact information (e.g., e-mail, phone numbers).

  • content data (e.g., text input, photographs, videos).

  • usage data (e.g., websites visited, interest in content, referrer URL).

  • date and time of access to the website.

  • meta / communication data (e.g., browser types, device information, IP addresses).

  • other similar data and information used in the event of attacks on my information technology systems.

 This data is used for

  • the provision of the online offer, its functions and contents.

  • answering contact requests and communicating with users.

  • safety measures.

  • reach measurement and marketing.

 These anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by an affected person. The data is temporarily stored in the log files of our system for a maximum of seven days. A further storage is possible, in this case, the IP addresses are alienated, so that an assignment of the calling user is no longer possible. The recipient of this data is our server host who works for us.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a and b DSGVO.

Cookies

Your data will be deleted once we have fully answered your inquiry and there is no further legal obligation to store your data, such as if an order or contract resulted therefrom.

Our website uses Squarespace Analytics, a web analytics service of Squarespace Ireland Ltd., Le Pole House, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Ireland ("Squarespace").

Squarespace Analytics uses cookies. The data generated by cookies on the use of our website are transmitted to a server of Squarespace in the USA and stored there. Squarespace is certified under the EU-US privacy shield "Privacy Shield" and is committed to complying with EU privacy requirements.
