We work with professional football players to increase their physical awareness for the purpose of improving their performance in a healthy and long-term manner.

During one-on-one performance coaching, a strategy is developed that is tailored to the athlete and his goals. We then implement this strategy on and off the pitch to work towards the athlete’s full potential.

Important components of our football performance coaching are performance-based training including flexibility, mobility and stability, but we also recognise that recovery units and nutrition are essential.

PHILOSOPHY

Each athlete is individual and has unique intrinsic motivation and goals. To evaluate and formulate these together form the basis for every partnership between the athlete and our team. Driven by energy, discipline and positivity, we then tackle these in fully tailored performance coaching.
